Welcome to Sand Creek Campground

Come to Sand Creek Campground and stay in an authentic Mongolian yurt, or Ger, as it is called in Mongolian. This Ger, along with the authentic furniture inside, is straight from Mongolia. Experience staying in the same kind of dwelling that Ghengis Khan and his warriors resided in as they swept across Asia and Europe some 800 years ago! There are two twin-sized beds and a futon for sleeping. Up to eight people can stay in the Ger, if some will not mind sleeping Mongolian-style on the floor! The charge is $95/night, with a $100 deposit. Checkin is 12:00 noon, and checkout is 1:00 pm. There is an outside area with a picnic table and large fire ring for outdoor dining and relaxation.
